Piano Theory 2007/03/21

*UPDATE* I’ve uploaded an online version, which adds Windows/Linux support. You can play around with it… however, if you’re on a Macintosh, keep reading for MIDI support :)

The Piano Theory Widget allows you to play piano using your standard qwerty keyboard as the interface! It includes interactive chord and scale charts, which makes it much easier to learn piano :) Basically, it brings a basic reference for piano theory right to your desktop.



Special thanks to Jared R. White for allowing me to use his excellent MIDI plugin :) This is great, because it allows you to actually hear the piano.

Color Theory 2007/03/02

The color theory widget is a minuraturized version of the Sphere application on colorjack.com. It can help you design your website, redecorate your home, or choose your outfit in the morning. It can even simulates various forms of color blindness! Sphere uses color theory in order to provide you with visually appealing colors. Give it download, hope you enjoy :)
